Chef Ranojit Kundu holds a Master's in Hotel Management and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. He is the Head of Patisserie and Assistant Professor at Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (BCIHMCT), with expertise in bakery, pastry, and culinary education. A Pastry Chef of the Year awardee and Chef Extraordinaire honoree, he is actively involved in culinary training, research, judging national competitions, and hospitality education.
